The Chicago Greektown Educational Foundation and the SSA 16 are hosting the annual tree lighting ceremony in Greektown on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 5 p.m. on Halsted and Van Buren. St. George Greek School and Solon Greek School will be participating and singing the kalanta. Dinner will be provided by the SSA 16 at Athena Restaurant for participants.
